The Founding of the Hercules Mulligan Chapter, NSDAR

On May 31, 2025, the Hercules Mulligan Chapter, NSDAR, held its official organizational meeting, marking a historic moment in the chapter’s formation. This milestone event took place under the Wright Administration, with Valerie Bronson proudly serving as the chapter’s first regent.

The gathering was hosted in the historic Shelbourne Hotel, within the distinguished Constitution Suite, a setting rich in historical significance. The 15 founding members, united by a shared vision, came together to preserve history, promote education, and foster patriotism, honoring the contributions of Irish-Americans to the American Revolution.

Driven by a commitment to genealogy, historical research, and civic engagement, these founding members worked tirelessly to establish a chapter that would serve as a lasting tribute to the ties between Ireland and America. Their dedication ensured that the Hercules Mulligan Chapter, NSDAR was not just created, but built on a foundation of purpose, perseverance, and the spirit of the Revolution itself.
